Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kozickis (“Kozickis”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our AI-powered advertising management service (the “Service”). The Service is currently in development. By using the Service or contacting us, you agree to the practices described below.
1. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & contact details — such as your name, email address, and company information when you contact us or join a waitlist.
- Advertising account data — when you connect a Google Ads or Meta account, we access campaign configurations, ad creatives, budgets, and performance metrics (for example spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPA, and ROAS) needed to operate the Service.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
2. How we use data
- To build, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns on your behalf.
- To generate ad creatives, reports, and recommendations.
- To present every campaign and budget change to you for approval before it goes live (human-in-the-loop).
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about the Service.
3. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms through their official APIs. Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform’s developer policies and applicable limited-use requirements.
- Google Ads API — used to read and manage your Google Ads campaigns. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Meta Marketing API — used to read and manage your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Access is granted by you via OAuth and can be revoked at any time through your Google or Meta account settings, or by contacting us.
4. Data retention
We retain personal and advertising data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. When you disconnect an advertising account or request deletion, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and scoped access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access.
7. Contact information
For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at andanonil253@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
